How to add a new job post

Add a new job post

  1. Under the dashboard -> Manage Job Posting widget click on “Add a new Job Post”

  2. Add the title
  3. Add content as needed
  4. Select Category: this will make sure your post will show up under the tab (Dev Ops Positions, IT Positions, or Sales & Admin)
  5. Set the featured image: please ask Claire or Daniela to send you an image. 
  6. Click “publish”
    1. To schedule a post: under the publish widget-> “Published on” click “edit” button beside the date and set the day you want the post to go live
  7. Click “Purge SG Cache” to make sure your new changes will show up

How to hide and/or remove a job post

  1. Under the dashboard -> Manage Job Posting widget click on “view Job Posts”


  2. To remove an item: mouse over the item you would like to remove and click on the “Trash” link

  3. To hide an item mouse over the item you would like to remove and click on the “Quick Edit” link


    Then under status change “Published” to “Draft” click update to save changes
