The new ownership of LIT is now LinkPoint Technology Group Inc. (“LTG”). The purpose of this organizational restructuring is to support the future growth and expansion of the business and its additional interests. LIT has decided to carry out this restructuring to utilize technologies and human resources within the group to achieve increased competitiveness and technological improvement, as well as to create a robust base that can continuously generate profit though its additional business units.
